In this story is my sister outraged at the fact her 11-year old daughter was assaulted by her middle school teacher. She attempted to press charges but the city attorney said that they would not file charges because they say the teacher did nothing wrong.

The teacher was protecting another student from being attacked by the daughter of the complaining mother. Notice that the mother used the term wrong instead of using the police term illegal, a common use when trying to prejudice a possible civil jury

if you grab a police officers arm like this you could be shot, there are laws that prevent even a parent from child abuse such as grabbing and holding against their will. so if you agree to abuse off your child i say good luck

I'm sure it's a misunderstanding but the teachers must watch how they handle a child because that child may have health problems which may become more serious after a teacher grabs them. know teacher should be using physical force on no child in skol
