The Mustangs started off slow in rain in the first quarter but came on strong and dominated the first half with 14 unanswered points after the first from a fumble recovery.
In the second half, Griffin Christian retrieved a Mustang fumble and returned it for a touchdown to make it 14-7 late in the third quarter.
The Mustangs continued their ground game and and took the ball down the field for another TD half way through the fourth quarter. Then continued their ground game to finish 20-7.
