I want to write about the child custody laws in ga. my son has two boys or should i say had two boys he lived in nc and came to ga 5 days ago and he has had his boys for two yrs and him and the mother of the kids were never married but when he came to ga he let her take them to visit and she decided she wasnt bringin them back no ga laws say he cant do anything without a lawyer and money which we cant afford but the mothers family has money so they can so where does that leave him the underdog. there should be a equal law for the fathers. the kids were born in nc and he was present at thier birth and sign birth certificates and affidavite and now in ga they say he doesnt have rights where is this right or far the law should be changed. his boys mean the world to him and he just wants them back. but because he is just the common man and tryin to make it day to day he may lose his boys the mother wont let him see or talk to the boys and the law wont do anything he just luvs his boys help please

I understand that the father in this case had been the one who had stolen the children from the mother for the last two years. I heard he moved every time she wanted to take him to court and has lived in ten diff places to keep them away from Mom

I hope that something goes your sons way so he can see his boys.No matter how much money your son makes he is rich in my eyes cause of the love you say he has for his children. Good luck and God Bless will keep you in my prayers!!
