Severe Weather Likely Tonight; Tornadoes Possible

Jeff Cox

The threat for a severe weather outbreak still exists for central Georgia tonight and into Thursday morning.

Our team of meteorologists expects the worst of the weather to move in after midnight tonight. The biggest threats with this system continue to appear to be damaging winds and isolated tornadoes. Large hail can also be expected.

Chief Meteorologist Jeff Cox will have the latest on this severe weather threat at 10 p.m. on FOX 24 and at 11 p.m. on ABC 16. Make sure to also find us on Facebook at 'StormTrack Weather'.
