BOSTON (AP) - As the Northeast dig out from up to 3 feet of snow, the FAA says all major Northeast airports are operating normally today.
Airlines had canceled more than 3,000 flights yesterday.
The sun is shining in much of the region, but temperatures are below freezing with gusty winds.
Savoy, Mass., reported the most snow in the region -- 38.2 inches. Many Massachusetts schools remain closed today.
Gov. Deval Patrick is urging Massachusetts residents still without power to be patient. About 4,000 customers are in the dark, down from 100,000 at the height of the storm.
