Good news for the elderly struggling to make ends meet. Energy assistance is on the way for needy middle Georgia seniors.

Good news for the elderly struggling to make ends meet. Energy assistance is on the way for needy middle Georgia seniors.

Bibb County EOC leaders announced Monday that the Macon-Bibb County Energy Assistance Program will continue this season for seniors with households ages 65 and older.

Assistance will be available to the first 150 walk-ins with proof of household income beginning Tuesday, November 8th at 7 a.m. at St. Paul AME Church.
