NewsCentral is proud to be the presenting media sponsor of an upcoming event to benefit the Alzheimer's Association.
Alzheimer's is now the sixth leading cause of death in the United states. Every 69 seconds, someone develops symptoms of this terrible disease.
NewsCentral is proud to be the presenting media sponsor of an upcoming event to benefit the Alzheimer's Association. The Dancing Stars of Central Georgia will take place May 12th at Macon's City Auditorium. This popular fundraiser will be comprised of 10 celebrity dancers paired with 10 professional dancers, all raising funds by gaining votes. The dancers then come together to compete in a one night gala dance competition.
NewsCentral's Chief Meteorologist Jeff Cox and WDEN's Laura Starling will emcee the event.
