CAMP SPRINGS, Md. (AP) - Another snow storm is affecting a large part of the nation's mid-section, from the Great Plains into the Mississippi and Ohio Valleys.
At the National Forecast Desk in Camp Springs, Maryland, forecaster Bob Oravec says the storm has prompted a large area of winter weather advisories and storm warnings from Oklahoma all the way to Indiana.
The storm will also move Eastward over the next day or so, bringing another round of snow to the upper mid-Atlantic and Northeast, perhaps measuring anywhere from two to four inches.
And once this storm moves out Friday, computer models are hinting at a much more serious snow event for the Eastern U.S. early next week.
