After 5 days of court, the man accused of killing a Sparta couple back in 2011 is acquitted of 4 out of 7 charges; but prosecutors say he's not off the hook just yet.
Brandon Charleston could face 3 outstanding charges: 2 counts of felony murder and aggravated assault.
According to Assistant District Attorney Stephen Bradley, after 12 hours of deliberation, the jury couldn't make a decision on these 3 remaining charges.
Bradley says attorney schedules are being compared for the case to be retried as soon as possible.
