A Macon man is accused of Terroristic Threats toward his neighbors.
On Friday, July 19, 2013 just after 7:00 p.m. Macon Police officers responded to a subject threatening a neighbor and others with a rifle on Mickey Street in Macon.
Officers attempted to make contact with the suspect when they arrived on the scene.
According to reports, the suspect ran into his front yard, then inside his house and locked the door.
The Macon Police Department Strike Team and Criminal Investigation Division detectives also responded to the scene.
According to a press release from the Macon Police Department, 46- year-old Charles Robert Nutting, Jr. was taken into custody without incident.
He was transported to the Bibb LEC and charged with Terroristic Threats.
His bond was set at $3,060.
