It's uncertain whether David Kwiatkowski will return to Georgia and face any criminal charges. Kwiatkowski is the travelling cardiac technician accused of stealing painkillers and infecting dozens of patients with Hepititis-C through dirty needles he used.
A reported plea deal out of New Hampshire where Kwiatkowski is charged suggests he'll plead guilty to seven counts of tampering with consumer product and obtaining controlled substances by fraud, and Kwiatkowski won't be charged in Georgia and 2 other states where he previously worked; but, Houston County District Attorney, George Hartwig says the proposed plea deal isn't harsh enough.
Kwiatkowski is linked to the Hepititis infections of 32 patients and faces a minimum of 30 years in prison.
