MONROE, Ga. (AP) — Georgia State Patrol officials say a man has surrendered to authorities in the hit-and-run death of a 16-year-old boy. Investigators said yesterday that a man turned himself in to the Walton County Sheriff's Office after watching the news. Officials say damage from the man's car confirmed that he was involved in the teen's death.
