The Occupational Safety and Health Administration launched an inquiry of Sewon American in LaGrange after complaints of excessive heat and the death of an employee, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

AUGUSTA, Ga. (AP) — A 13-year-old accused of molesting his 4-year-old neighbor will faces charges as an adult, authorities said. The Richmond County sheriff's office booked Jacob Staffey this week on charges of aggravated sexual battery. Staffey, whose mother had previously been arrested for allegedly having sex with juveniles in her home, is being held in the Regional Youth Detention Center.
AUGUSTA, Ga. (AP) — An overhaul of Augusta's trash collection operation continues to cause frustration across the city. In June, the city transitioned to once-weekly collection of garbage, yard debris, bulk waste and recycling.
