The woman accused of driving the getaway car for the shooters in the fatal Zodiac Lounge shootings was granted a $100,000 bond Thursday.
In the same courtroom, one of those accused shooters was denied bond for the second time from a second judge.
Four people were shot inside and outside the bar in downtown Macon in the early morning of July 5 after a fight broke out. Jamonni Bland, 17, was shot five times and died from his wounds.
Miranda Pettiway, 27, was arrested after taking accused shooter Andre Bonner to the Medical Center of Central Georgia emergency room. Bonner has been charged with taking a gun from another person involved in the fight and firing the shots that killed Bland.
Pettiway's lawyers told the court his client is not a gang member, knew nothing about a fight inside the bar, and simply drove Bonner to the hospital.
The prosecutor agreed that Pettiway had left the bar before the fight broke out, but noted that she drove another man from the scene and dropped him off before taking Bonner to the hospital.
Arthur Thomas Freeman III, 27, also charged in the case, had bond set at $75,000.
