The Westfield Hornets basbeall team defeated the Stratford Eagles in back to back games Saturday to secure a spot in the GISA State Championship.

Westfield took game one, 15 - 8, and continued to hit in game two, winning, 10 - 3.

Westfield will play Deerfield-Windsor in the GISA State Championship.
