Man shot to death at Savannah house party

SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) - Police in Savannah police are looking for information about a party where a 20-year-old man was shot to death early Sunday.

Savannah-Chatham County Metropolitan Police say about 100 people were attending a house party in East Savannah when Marray Martin was shot in one of the rooms. He was pronounced dead at Memorial University Medical Center.

Patrol officers responded to the shooting as some people fled. Police worked through the early morning to interview those still at the house.

Police encouraged anyone with information to call Crimestoppers at (912) 234-2020.
