notified he was missing days later.

Armstrong Police Chief Wayne Wilcox said he is working with officers across southeast Georgia to locate Tarter. Campus
officials also distributed posters with his picture throughout the region.

Tarter is a white man who is about six feet tall and weighs between 140 and 155 pounds.
