Two Middle Georgia rivers make the list of the worst threats to Georgia’s water.
The Georgia water coalition has named the "dirty dozen" exposing the 12 worst offenses to Georgia’s water supply.
Number four on the list is the Flint River in western Georgia and number two is the South River, which is a tributary of the Ocmulgee River.
The state's leading water protection group created the list to highlight the water pollution problems in our state that harm our rivers and waste tax dollars.
Number one on the list is the Ogeechee river, and its major tributary the Canoochee river.
