New Warner Robins Law Enforcement Center Approved

In Warner Robins, a major project to build a new law enforcement center finally becomes reality.

The Warner Robins Downtown Development Authority voted to begin building the new police headquarters using the new design and sight plan presented. The law enforcement center will be located on Watson Boulevard and Marshall Street from First street to Third street.

Gary Lee, the Executive Director of the Warner Robins Development Agency says, "it is 100 percent approved on both sides we went to the council prior to bringing it to my board and they met with every one of the council men individually to make sure they were on board with it and then we presented it made a presentation to our RDA board and it was unanimously approved."

Demolition is already in progress and they hope to start building the new facility in October.
