A Warner Robins man accused of taking nude pictures and video of victims without their knowledge is out of jail on bond.

Warner Robins Police Department Public Information Officer Tabitha Pugh tells NewsCentral, 24-year old Jordan Thomas Monarch is charged with Sexual Battery and Eavesdropping, Surveillance, or Intercepting Communications in connection with two known incidents.

Pugh says investigators determined Monarch used his cell phone camera to take nude pictures and videos of incapacitated victims without their knowledge or consent.

On Thursday, Monarch was released from the Houston County Law Enforcement Center on a $5,100 bond. According to an incident report, Monarch is employed by Robins Air Force Base.

Anyone with any information about these or other incidents involving Monarch can call Lieutenant Brian Smith at 478-929-6913.
