WGXA Rips the Runway: CHERRY BLOSSOM FASHION SHOW 2013

Two anchors from the WGXA family ripped the runway at the Cherry Blossom Festival Fashion Show. Our very own Johanna Torres and Lenneia Batiste were among the celebrities modeling this year's spring fashion.
This year’s them is Beauty Blossoming: A Spring Fashion Journey. This year the event was sponsored by Carlyle Place and Georgia Heart Center of the Medical Center of Central Ga. Both sponsors had models in the show that served as a testimony to the services that they provide,
Event organizers say this event is special because the entire community comes together to put on a show second to none. This year’s show is dedicated in honor of Neva Fickling, one of the creators of the cherry blossom festival and Georgia’s only Miss America in 1953.
