UPDATE: Election Season: General Missionary Baptist Convention

On Monday, we took you to the General Missionary Baptist Convention where one local Pastor was running for the president of the organization.
On Thursday night, the members of the convention spoke.
Reverend Curtis Raines, the pastor of Macon’s New Pilgrim Baptist Church was elected as president of the organization for the next term.
The General Missionary Baptist Convention of Georgia is driven by a mission of service, with strategic goals to accomplish Worship, Mission, Education and Stewardship.
