Two Women Killed in Laurens Co. Crash

An elderly woman was killed in a Laurens County car crash.

Laurens County Coroner Richard Stanley confirms that 91-year-old Lucille Williams was pronounced dead at the emergency room after a head on collision on Georgia State Route 31 Tuesday.

The crash happened around 6:20 p.m. about 10 miles outside of Dublin.

The coroner says the other driver involved in that accident, Jacquelyn Grimes of Dublin, was also pronounced dead late last night at the medical center of central Georgia.
