A local businessman outlines his plans if he is elected for the Bibb County Commission Chairman seat.

Tom Wagoner says with election fast approaching he wanted to explain how he would spend his time in office.

He says a lot needs to be done before the consolidation of Macon and Bibb County.

During Thursday's press conference, he passed out his business plan for the next year, if elected. Wagoner says some of the main issues are the unemployment rate and finding a temporary animal shelter.
