Suspect Sought in Thursday night Macon Robbery

Police say they're looking for a second suspect in Thursday night's armed burglary of a Macon resident.

Macon police say it happened Thursday around 8:30 p.m. on Orchard Street.

The victim told police he came home to find two men inside. One suspect reportedly had a gun while the other allegedly had a metal pipe.

The victim says one of the men struck him with the pipe before taking off with 700 dollars in cash.

Police arrested 27-year-old Kelvin Jarrell on charges of robbery by force and two probation violations. Jarrell’s alleged partner in crime is still at large.
