'Redneck Games' Cancelled for 2013

If you're a fan of such classic events as "pickled pig's feet bobbing", the "hubcap hurl", or the "mud pit belly-flop", you won't be able to get your fix in 2013.

Organizers say they've called off this year's "Redneck Games" in Laurens County.

The annual event took place for the past 16 years and drew national attention, but according to the event's webpage, this year's games are postponed until 2014.

Organizers don't say why, but on the bright side, that gives you more time to hone your skills for the watermelon seed spitting contest and the armpit serenade!
