Last Thursday a shooting in East Macon left two men dead. 25 year old Deundra Emory and 26 year old Antonio Fluellen lost their lives just before Midnight at this duplex at 658 Cowan Street.
Immediately Macon Police Detectives named a person of interest in the case, Rodney Lanier Lowery. Detective Robert Shockley and the CID Detectives began tracking Lowery Thursday, bringing him in on Tuesday for a probation violation. Lowery was questioned about the murders today.
It's important to note that while Lowery is a person of interest he has not been declared a suspect and at this time no charges have been filed.
Lowery was on parole from a 12 year old aggravated assault case, he's being held in the Bibb County LEC for parole violation.
