Police Arrest Macon Teenager in Connection with Aggravated Assault

Police have arrested a teenager in connection with a Lamont Street incident earlier this week.

18-year-old Jeremi Devontrey Hill of Macon was taken into custody Thursday afternoon and charged with three counts of Aggravated Assault and one count of Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony.

According to the Macon Police Department, Hill’s arrest is the result of the investigation into the Aggravated Assault of 18-year-old Corey Jackson in the 1100 block of Lamont Street on October 2, 2012.

Hill is being held at the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center.

The investigation is ongoing and more arrests are anticipated.
