It’s six teens biking more than 1500 miles from Georgia to Nebraska to encourage positive parenting.
The Paul Anderson Cycling Challenge honors the legacy of Olympic gold medalist Paul Anderson, who worked to provide an alternative to jail time and a home to more than 12 hundred young men from across the nation.
The teens recreated the route that Anderson rode 50 years ago as he raised awareness for his home for at-risk youth in Vidalia.
Drew Read/Cycling Challenge:
“We are bringing six young men from the home and when we are on the ride, we are seeing the boys accomplish something, that is remarkable. “
The tour stops in Atlanta, Nashville, Saint Louis, and Kansas City, before arriving in Omaha, Nebraska on July 29th.
