Marijuana Bust Leads to Arrests in Bibb County

Bibb County Drug Unit Investigators have intercepted a huge marijuana shipment before it reached its Bibb County recipient.
When investigators opened a shipping container, three boxes containing marijuana were found inside, which contained sixty pounds of marijuana with an estimated street value of $270,000.00.
Fredrick Card and Deunte Stewart were arrested and charged with Marijuana Trafficking.
Bibb County Sheriff Jerry Modena will hold a press conference Tuesday afternoon regarding this case. WGXA will bring you more information as we receive it.
