Macon police taking reservations for gun safety class

Macon Police are taking reservations for the department's next gun safety classes, set for Monday and Tuesday, February 25 and 26.

Classes will be held at the MPD Training Academy on Jackson Street in downtown Macon from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Only 25 people can sign up and participants must attend both nights. They must also bring their own gun along with 30 rounds of ammunition. A background check is also required.
