Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones says a Macon man died Thursday at a burn center in Augusta from wounds he suffered in a house fire last May.

Fifty-three-year-old Randy Brown's upper body and feet were burned during a late night fire at his home on the 2200 block of Ballard Place.

The fire was ruled an accident. Brown died as a result of his burns and smoke inhalation.
