Macon man dead after car accident

A Macon man is dead four days after crashing his pick-up into a ditch in Bibb County.

According to the Bibb County Sheriff's office 59-year-old Willy Broadus succumbed to his injuries today at The Medical Center of Central Georgia.

The sheriff's office says Broadus was ejected from his 1993 GMC Sierra on June 19th while driving on North Mumford Road near Cold Creek Parkway.

The crash is still under investigation, anyone with more information is asked to contact the Bibb County Sheriff's Office.
