Macon couple charged with killing infant daughter

A Macon couple is expected to make their first court appearance Friday morning after their arrest Thursday for the death of their one-year-old daughter.
21-year-old Antwon Davis of Macon was arrested and booked into the Bibb LEC Thursday afternoon. He's facing a probation violation charge and felony murder in connection with the death of his one-year-old daughter. The child's stepmother, Amanda Davis, is charged with felony murder and child cruelty.
According to Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones, Breazia Davis was taken to the emergency room Wednesday where she was later pronounced dead.
An autopsy was conducted Thursday and the couple was arrested soon afterward.
