Macon Purse Snatching Under Investigation

Macon Police are investigating a robbery by snatching that happened Monday night.
The incident occurred at Kroger on Pio Nono Avenue just before 10 p.m. Monday night.
Two black males approached a female as she was returning her shopping cart. The suspects snatched her purse off of her shoulder before fleeing toward English Avenue.
The suspects are believed to be in their early 20s. One suspect was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and blue shorts. The second suspect was on a bicycle and was wearing a black shirt and black shorts.
