Macon Men Arrested On Kidnapping Charges

Two Macon men are behind bars accused of robbing and kidnapping a woman and her son.
Public Information Officer Jami Gaudet tells NewsCentral, brothers Brandon and Jacoby McDowell are in custody charged with Kidnapping and Aggravated Assault.
Gaudet says Brandon and Jacoby McDowell and three other suspects kidnapped Lynn Borelli and her five-year old son at gunpoint from a Houston Avenue residence on Thursday afternoon. The suspects also stole Borelli's Isuzu Trooper during the kidnapping.
Gaudet says the Macon Police Swat Team along with the Southeast Region Fugitive Task Force rescued Borelli and her son unharmed at the Tara Apartments on Log Cabin Drive late Thursday evening.
