Macon Man Wins Lottery

One local man hits winning lottery ticket.

This morning George Washington of Macon won 25,000 dollars in a Georgia Lottery game. Washington purchased a Red Hot Cherries game scratch off ticket from the Food Mart located at 1610 Broadway.

According to a press release from the Georgia Lottery Corporation, Washington said "it feels wonderful" and he didn't’t have any immediate plans yet as to what he plans to do with the money.
