MTV is considering Bibb County Schools to be featured in its reality TV series "MADE."
According to a district newsletter, a producer with the series was in Macon this week interviewing students in six Bibb County high schools.
MADE is a documentary-style series that focuses on a student and a
goal they’ve chosen for themselves. Students could be chosen to appear in an upcoming episode of the reality show.
MADE producer Jay Lyons spent the week in Macon and gave students tips prior to speaking with them.
“The interviews are pretty quick so bring your ‘A’ game," he said in a district newsletter article. "The first tip is have energy. The second is look right at me, and third tell the truth.”
Students that are selected will be contacted in the coming weeks by MTV staff in New York.
According to the newsletter, producers are casting their 13th season and have targeted Georgia in their efforts. They're also visiting schools in Atlanta.
