Local Man Files Lawsuit Against Bibb School Board System

A Bibb County man has filed a lawsuit against Bibb County schools over Superintendent Romain Dallemand's contract.

Thomas Bradley Defore filed a lawsuit Monday through attorney Charles Cox. It asks a judge to void the superintendent's contract, citing the school board's December vote to extend Dallemand's contract violated Georgia’s open meetings law.

The hearing is set for February 1st.
