Kroger launches campaign to help victims of Hurricane Sandy

People looking to help out victims of Hurricane Sandy can now do so at the check-out lane.

Kroger is launching a campaign in which customers can round up their purchases to the nearest dollar. The extra change will benefit the American Red Cross and its disaster relief effort.

Starting Wednesday, customers who visit Kroger stores can partcipate in the campaign. They can also make traditional donations at the register.
