Houston County School System faces sex abuse lawsuit

According to our media partner The Telegraph, parents of a Perry middle school student are suing the principal, superintendent and school board after their daughter reported sexual harassment, which included fondling, bullying and sexually threatening comments.

The suit states a teacher ignored the complaint, and know the couple is seeking a jury trial and damages alleging school officials failed to create a safe and harassment-free environment.
