Georgia DOC Inmates at Large

Michelle Quesada

Two Department of Corrections prisoners who escaped during an inmate work detail in Eastman Thursday are still at large.

Captain tony Winborn of the Dodge County Sheriff's Office says the Sheriff’s Office, Eastman Police Department, and Georgia State Patrol were called to assist the DOC Thursday shortly after noon.

The state inmates are from the Bleckley County Probation Detention Center in Cochran.

They are 22-year-old Michael Loren Chapman from Coffee County and 22-year-old Jimmy Lee Gray from Wilcox County.

The inmates are no longer believed to be in Dodge County, but state law enforcement and several agencies are looking for these men.

This has been a problem on IDs. We don't have a picture to have a better idea who you are looking for. To many in Macon use prison style clothing. The missing have most likely got street clothes.

why don't you post pictures of the two,if you don't have them ask the dumba-- DOC for them so people who are concerned about this can be more helpful, have you even thought pictures would be helpful.

Yeah, some photos would be real helpful. I'll just keep an eye out for 22 year olds.
