Friends and Family Remember Warner Robins Homicide Victim

NewsCentral Staff

Friends and family gathered at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home on Sunday to say goodbye to Warner Robins homicide victim Joel Taylor.

Taylor, 25, was shot multiple times last week after two men forced their way into his apartment. Taylor later died at the Houston County Medical Center. People who attended the service said they will remember his kind spirit towards others.
"He had a funny sense of humor, I mean our friendship was like really close, you know in a very strong way and I think Joel will be really missed,” friend Corey Kirk said.

Family members ask people to donate money to the Sickle Cell Disease Association in Maryland.
