Friends In Milledgeville Turn Out For A Fundraiser

Middle Georgia community members are helping out the family of a Baldwin County man who died suddenly of a heart attack at the age of 35.

More than 300 people attended the Ricky Paradise Target Shoot and Raffle fundraiser in Milledgeville on Sunday. The family held the event to help pay for funeral costs, after Paradise died in August with no life insurance policy.

Family member Patrick Woodall says the family raised around $10,000 during the event.

The family is also selling $5.00 raffle tickets for a Binelli shotgun.
