February Macon Police gun safety class full, another scheduled for May

A Macon Police Department Gun Safety Class scheduled for Monday, February 25 and Tuesday, February 26 is full.
Police Spokesperson Jami Gaudet says the next gun safety class is scheduled for Tuesday, May 21 and Wednesday, May 22 from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. at the MPD Training Academy on Jackson Street.
Class attendees must be 21-years-old. They must also bring their own gun and 30 rounds of ammunition. Space is limited to 25 participants and a background check will be done on the first night of class, unless you have the new carry-conceal permit.
