Elton John Plays for Huge Crowd in Macon

After a dozen years since his last performance in central Georgia, Elton John made his triumphant return to the Macon Centreplex and WGXA was there.

A near sell-out crowd filled the Centreplex and they were thankful to see that the illness which made him postpone a show in Birmingham, Alabama didn't appear to slow him down at all in Macon.

Before the show, incredible lines and traffic back-ups were common around the Centreplex.
