Delays expected along I-75 this weekend due to construction work

Drivers planning to travel along I-75 this weekend should expect delays due to construction.

Beginning at 7 a.m. and lasting until 6 p.m. on Saturday, January 12 and Sunday, January 13, contractors for GDOT will be paving northbound on and off-ramps at Exit 169 (Arkwright Road).

GDOT says motorists traveling on I-75 northbound and needing to access Arkwright Road should expect delays but no lane closures as the work is being performed.

Local law enforcement will be present to assist in directing motorists through the work zone.
