In Warner Robins, a daycare center where a three-year-old boy died after being left in a car is found to be operating without a license.
According to Department of Early Care and Learning Public Information Officer Stacey Moore, an investigation found that Sister-N-Sister Family Home Day Care Center was operating without the required license when Andrew Calloway died in Sheila Henderson’s care.
The 50-year-old woman has been charged with felony murder, second-degree cruelty to children, involuntary manslaughter and reckless conduct.
If convicted, she could face a fine of fifty to two hundred dollars per day of operation.
