Coliseum Medical Center paints pink ribbons on cars

Breast Nurse Navigators from the Coliseum Medical Center painted pink ribbons on the back of car windows on Tuesday.

The nurses said they want to give a friendly reminder to female drivers that breast health is important and so is getting a mammogram. They also said they wanted to show support for women who are battling the disease. The hospital will be hosting a variety of events this month with the next one being a party for breast cancer survivors on Wednesday at the hospital.
