Chief Deputy David Davis Sworn In as Bibb Sheriff

There's officially a new sheriff in Bibb County. New elected Sheriff David Davis was sworn in Thursday.

Davis served as Deputy Chief of the Bibb Sheriff's office for over 30 years, much of that under his predecessor Jerry Modena.

Sheriff Davis has already outlined a plan for the coming year.
Davis will officially take office on January 1st, 2013.
